In the aftermath of the great east japan earthquake on march 11th, 2011, everyone was reminded once again of the importance of being prepared for natural disasters. With this in mind, nendo designed a portable kit that brings together the essentials for survival. Packed in a 5cm wide waterproof tube, MINIM+AID contains a whistle, a radio, a hand crank battery, a raincoat, a lantern, drinking water, and a medikit. Its size and shape allow it to be discreetly placed anywhere, such as near one's house exit.
